Refund and Returns Policy

At Mise Kitchen, our priority is customer satisfaction and transparency in every transaction. That's why we've designed a fair and efficient refund policy that protects your investment and ensures a safe shopping experience.

1. Deadline for Applications

You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund or report any incident with your purchase. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to process any return or refund request.

2. Applicable Conditions for Refund

The customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If the item has factory defects or suffered obvious damage during the transportation process.
  • Product Not Received: In cases where the tracking system does not confirm delivery after having exceeded the estimated shipping time, or if the package is declared lost by the carrier.
  • Shipping Error: If the product received does not match the item requested in the original purchase order.
  • You no longer want the product or change of mind: Please note that items that have been used or are not in their original, unused and packaged condition will not be eligible for return. If an item is received in a condition that does not meet our return policy, we will contact you to discuss further options. No refunds will be given for any shipping or handling charges incurred by the buyer. 

3. Merchandise Return Process

In the event that the customer decides that they no longer want the product for personal reasons (withdrawal of purchase), the following conditions will apply:

  • Obligation of Return: The customer must return the product to our facilities in its original condition, without signs of use and with its original packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for non-defective products will be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise determined by our support team following a case evaluation.
  • Support Exceptions: Our customer service team reserves the right to authorize refunds without the need for physical return after analyzing the evidence (photos/videos) provided by the user or otherwise also reserves the right to require the return of the product before processing any refund.

4. Instructions for Starting a Claim

To manage your case, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@misekitchen.shop with the subject: "Refund Request - [Order Number]".
  2. Attach clear visual evidence (photographs or videos) if the reason is damage or defect.
  3. Describe the problem in full detail.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive the item (if necessary) and confirm that it meets the return criteria above, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that financial institutions may take between 5 and 10 business days in reflecting the amount on your statement depending on your payment method used.
